We keep your records up to date inside your accounting software using your bank feed and receipts, so your numbers are always current and ready for tax submissions. You don’t need to categorise everything manually.
No. We set everything up for you and handle the ongoing work. You’ll have access if you want it — but you’re not expected to use it day to day.
Yes. Your annual Self Assessment is included. If you’re within Making Tax Digital for Income Tax (MTD ITSA), required submissions are also included.
As we only work with tattoo artists, and are fully digital, we can offer everyone a lower price.
Once the Founding spots are taken, new clients will join at the standard entry price (£85/month). Founding clients keep their £69 rate for as long as they remain a client.
Yes. There are no long contracts. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice — no awkward conversations.
If you’re eligible for a free FreeAgent licence (for example via a Mettle account), we’ll help you set that up. If not, the FreeAgent fee is included in your monthly price.
Email and instagram support is included. Most queries are answered quickly, and we aim to keep things clear and straightforward.
