An invoice processing tool for a farm shop
A farm shop was processing thousands of supplier invoices a year. Each one arrived as a PDF or a paper scan. A member of staff would open it, read it, and type the supplier name, date, line items, and totals into a spreadsheet by hand. It took the best part of two days a week.
The tool built for them scans each invoice automatically, pulls out all the relevant data, and imports it directly into their stock and accounting system. What used to take two days a week now takes about 20 minutes.

What does it cost?
Projects start from £1,500. The three types below give you a rough guide — but the final price always comes down to the specifics of what you need. We scope every project after a short conversation, not from a menu.
Fixed price quoted upfront — no hourly billing, no scope creep surprises. You know exactly what you are paying before we write a single line of code.
Before we quote, we ask enough questions to understand whether a tool would actually save you money. If it wouldn't pay for itself within a reasonable time, we'll say so. There's no point spending £8,000 on something that saves you £500 a year.
Payment is split: a deposit upfront, the remainder on delivery. No ongoing licence fees unless you need hosting or maintenance.
